Junior Baron Football Camp 2008

Registrations Due by July 1st, 2008
Camp Dates: July 21, 22, and 23
Each session begins at 9:00 AM
Session will end at 12 PM

The Junior Baron Football Camp is designed for all boys who will be playing Midget Football or who would like to learn the basic skills of the sport.
Manheim Central Varsity Football coaches will direct and organize all activities. Current Players and recent graduates will be on hand to assist.
A certified athletic trainer will be available to assist your son if needed.
All areas of this camp will stress the techniques of proper stances, starts, movement, and ball handling skills. Basic speed training and form running will be drilled daily.
Water will be available.
The location will be at the Elden Rettew Stadium.
Each camper should bring sneakers and rubber molded athletic shoes.
Campers will receive instruction in all positions on both offensive and defensive side of the football.
Cost of the camp is $40.
If you have multiple childern from the same family attending a session, the second child can attend for $20.
Campers will receive a T-Shirt

WEIGHT ROOM VISITORS

Important visitors George Panzak and Boyd Epley recently stopped by Manheim Central's new weight room facility to check it out. George Panzak is a consultant for the MC weight program and has done many clinics for the players and seminars for the coaches. Boyd Epley is currently the Director of Coaches Performance for the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He was the Strength Coach for the University of Nebraska. During his tenure there, Nebraska won five National Football championships and he coached three Heisman Trophy Winners.
